Thank you for choosing EarDeals Hearing Aid Brokers to find your next hearing aid.

Like brokering any service, the quality of the outcome is imperative to the overall value of the process.

For this reason, EarDeals has strict provider selection criteria to ensure that the hearing care providers and their clinicians we book your appointments with, are of the highest industry standard possible.

1.0 Selection Criteria:

    • Covid-19 safety plan for health care
    • University Trained Audiologists only
    • 5 years of Audiology Clinical Experience
    • Audiologists are registered with their professional body
    • Audiologists have signed the responsible clinical care code of conduct
    • The hearing healthcare provider is accredited against the National Health and Safety Service Standards
    • Direct referral pathways to general practice should any underlying medical pathology be found

Finally, our hearing aid brokers conduct client satisfaction surveys at the end of each hearing journey by means of client reviews. This process ensures the positive outcomes we aim to achieve are regularly reviewed with, each and every hearing aid fitting brokered.

Quality brokering is not just about the lowest price!

2.0 Our Hearing Healthcare Services

Our hearing services are a little different from the traditional hearing health industry and the reason is cost. Our primary aim is to save you money long term and support you along the way. How do we do that whilst maintaining a high clinical care? Well that all comes down to the word unbundle.

3.0 EarDeals the unbundled hearing aid brokering Service:

Unlike other traditional hearing aid retailing providers, we have completely unbundled our hearing services. This means that you only pay for what you need when you need it! So how does it work? Well, it all starts with our appointment process where you receive four free complimentary appointments with our, University trained Audiologists. The process is simple and easy to follow.

3.1 Appointment One: FREE Comprehensive Hearing Test
(60 Minutes)

  • You are entitled to a free comprehensive hearing test which includes a test battery that ensures a quality hearing aid fitting and referral should an underlying medical pathology be found.
  • Hearing aid discussion

Your follow-up hearing aid fitting appointment will be booked by your Audiologist and their reception staff following your first appointment. If you require time to think you will be contacted 3 days later by your EarDeals broker to check on your progress and answer any questions you may have. If you have not booked in your follow up appointment at this stage, the EarDeals broker will be capable of conducting this task for you.

3.2 Appointment Two: FREE Hearing Aid Fitting
(60 Minutes)

  • Audiologist explains the process of the hearing aid fitting
  • Physical hearing aid fitting
  • Questions relating to comfort audibility and immediate performance
  • Final check and instructions regarding use of the device and what to expect for the following week prior to your follow-up appointment
  • Controls and management for any supporting technology such as smartphone apps.

3.3 Appointment Three: 1st FREE Hearing Aid Adjustment
(30 Minutes)

  • The hearing aid wearer provides hearing aid performance feedback about the hearing aid and the audiologist will perform any hearing aid adjustments based on this feedback if required.
  • The audiologist provides additional support surrounding the management of the device such as cleaning and general maintenance.

Your final free follow-up hearing aid adjustment appointment will be booked by your Audiologist and their reception staff following your first adjustment appointment (if required). If you do not require any further immediate support, then this final free adjustment appointment may be kept and used at a later date, when the hearing aid wearer requires future help.

3.4 Appointment FOUR: 2ND FREE Hearing Aid Adjustment
(30 Minutes)

  • The hearing aid wearer provides hearing aid performance feedback about the hearing aid and the audiologist will perform any hearing aid adjustments based on this feedback if required.
  • The audiologist provides additional support surrounding the management of the device such as cleaning and general maintenance.

This appointment may be used in credit when the hearing aid wearer requires assistance. There is no expiry date on this final appointment for the hearing aid wearer. This appointment may be used for any aspect of the hearing aid fitting including a quick yearly hearing check and adjustment should a hearing change be detected.

3.5 Appointment Five – Onwards: Discussions / tests / adjustments
(30 Minutes or 60 Minutes)

Should you require any further appointments in the future the following rates will apply for any visit type you require. As EarDeals is a low-cost hearing provider we offer an unbundled service offering. Unlike traditional hearing clinics which charge much higher prices for their hearing aids to cover a lifetime of “free services”, we do not. Instead, you are provided all the necessary appointments required to test your hearing, fit your hearing aid and adjust those hearing aids to a high professional standard. From there you simply choose if you need help in the future. Simply put, you hold onto your money and choose if you need help just like any other service.

The following charges apply to any appointments made after the first four free appointments.
