A hearing assessment booked through the EarDeals website is an easy, painless and non-invasive process. The assessment is conducted by a trained clinician and takes approximately 45 minutes. The process includes a number of test types to determine your hearing thresholds. At the completion of the testing your results will be discussed and if a hearing device is a solution then the clinician will assist you with any questions, selections and fittings.
No, EarDeals is required by the manufacturers, who supply the products, to conduct a standard clinical assessment before fitting a hearing aid. If you choose a hearing aid through the EarDeals website click “book a hearing test.” This will direct you to our online booking module. You may then select a day and time. From there you’re required to have a hearing test and a face-to-face consultation with the EarDeals clinician. This process is a requirement of the hearing aid manufacturers who supply products within Australia. This consultation takes approximately 45 minutes. Clients who have already been tested by another provider in the past three months are encouraged to bring along their previous test results for greater analysis.

EarDeals will assist with any compliance deemed reasonable from your insurer. Please consider your circumstances before making a purchase decision.

Developed by a serial market disrupter, the system provides our business the ability to process, manage and communicate with our clients fluidly, and without mistake. The saving in processing time has allowed our business to refine the client flow model in audiology, allowing for greater cost reductions, increased client focused time and as a result significant cost saving that has been passed onto our clients.
